Close a Trade

Close your open trades from the Positions view, accessed from the Options Menu. The Positions view shows all your currently open positions.

Complete the following steps to close a trade:

From the list of all your open positions, find the row containing the trade you want to close.
Tap the [Close] button located at the far left of the row. The Single Position view is displayed.
You can partially close your position by editing the Quantity field for the amount you want to close, then tap the hide keypad button on the action bar.

Note: when partially closing a position, the amount you are closing AND the trade size remaining must both be greater than or equal to the minimum trade size.
Depending on the direction of your trade, the appropriate [Buy] or [Sell] button to close your trade is shown at the bottom right. Tap the button to close the trade.
A confirmation message appears with the details of the trade closure. Tap [OK] to acknowledge and close the confirmation message. If the trade closure request is not successful, the relevant error message is displayed explaining why.
